A 90 minute Reiki treatment incorporates added time for a new clients and for additional deeper healing experiences.

This session is designed to help you release emotional heaviness, calm your mind, and bring your heart back into balance. Reiki works gently, without forcing anything, and supports you exactly where you are.

We begin by creating a safe, grounded space. You’ll breathe slowly and settle into your heart. You don’t need to talk about your emotions unless you want to — Reiki understands your intention.

During the session, specific Reiki symbols are used to help:

Loosen emotional tension
Clear old patterns or memories
Calm overthinking and mental stress
Bring harmony between your mind and heart
Release what no longer serves you

You may feel warmth, tingling, lightness, or a sense of relief. Some people feel peaceful, some feel emotional release, and some feel clarity. All responses are normal.

We finish by grounding your energy and helping you return to a calm, centered state. The healing continues gently even after the session ends.
